Manufacturing and Quality control

Our 5 axis simultaneous CNC machines are capable of workpieces as large as 27" in diameter and 19" tall while holding tolerances of just a few microns.  We use Open Minds Hypermill CAM SW to reduce machining time while improving quality.

Our three axis machines are capable of work pieces as large as 64"x28" with a height of 30".

We take quality control seriously with full material specification data sheets and CMM reports provided with every order.  We use the exceptional capabilities of our machining centers to measure prior to completing the manufacturing ensuring high yield preventing yield loss induced repeat builds
